It is read "enkan no kotowari ni michibikarete" - apparently from some anime/manga story, correct?
It means "led by the Law of Cycles," and the Law of Cycles (enkan no kotowari) refers to the fate that befalls one that becomes the magical girl.

In the Puella Magi Madoka Magica，円環の理 is phenomenon made by Madoka for remedying a soul of magic girls.
so, 円環の理 is a rule when magic girls die.
and, 導かれて is guide magic girls when whose die.
