Hachinoko is a local speciality from Nagano prefecture, not something you can find everywhere. There seems to have been a restaurant or two who serve it, but as far as I know, not anymore. There is a pilot shop promoting produce and products from Nagano in Ginza, they might carry tinned "hachinoko". http://www.antennashop.jp/shop_info/20_Nagano/shop-info_01.htmlShop: Fūdo47 Address: NOCO Building 1F & 2F, Ginza 5-6-5, Chūō-ku, Tokyo Tel: 03-6274-6015 Open: 10:00-20:00
