Mobile wifi rental at narita terminal 2

Hello! My friend just decided to get a mobile wifi rental today, and her flight is already tomorrow, so the one I usually rent from (global advanced) will not accept the reservation because it needs to be placed 2 days before. Are there any places at narita terminal 2 where she can rent a mobile wifi on the spot? What are the usual rates? If anyone can suggest a good service it will be highly appreciated.

There are vending machines at Narita which sell SIM cards and mobile routers, it might be worth looking into that if time is a factor. Here's a PDF explaining the machines and what's on offer: http://us.jnto.go.jp/pdf/simcard.pdf
