Meals allowance per day in kyoto

Hi all, I am planning to have most of my dinners in restaurants around gion, nikishi, pontocho area as we staying there. May I know the average price for dinner if a common restaurant in that area?
we budget \12000 per day for 2 person for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meaning \6000/pax. Is this sufficient? Thanks.

It depends :)
A simple breakfast for \500, a lunch for \1200, and dinner for \1500 is completely possible, and not too bad usually. But don't forget drinks and snacks ;)
