can get a tattoo in tokio or another side

hello!! i go to tokyo the december 13th and i want make me a traditional japanese tattoo(tebori) (like yakuza...i know i�Lm a stupid XD, sensei says all time ),but this is my first visit in japan and i don't know anything and i need help. oh i forget a something. i have a 18 years old and i have 2 tattoos in my legs. and i want tattooed on my sleeves and chest, very colored because my skin is like tanned, ofcourse with the traditional technique and style.

I got traditional half sleeve phenix tattoo from Horien at Awallow Art. She only use machine but studied under the one of the big Japanese tattoo family. She speaks good English and her color works are awesome!!
