Please i realy need to buy a letterpack envelope before 8a.m on monday but i notice that the post is open at 9a.m.
Arround Asakusa or in Tokyo or anywhere
I just Wanna know one place where i can buy it

You can buy LetterPack envelopes at some convenience stores. Look in if you see a Lawson's nearby, if they have the red post box by the counter, they are likely to have the envelopes. Also Mini Stop and Circle K I believe sell them.

Visit Asakusa Post Office near Tokyo Metro Tawaramachi station.
Asakusa Post Office opens 24 hrs/ 365 days.
