Bento: rice preservation

Hello,
I would like to know if i can eat rice, that i cooked in the morning (8am), in my evening snack (4pm). I planned to put this morning cooked rice directly in a bento box, it's a normal one, but i won't have meat or fish food, just rice.
Do you think there won't be any health problems ?
Thanks for your help.

It should be OK if you let the cooked rice cool down sufficiently before you seal it into the box in the morning, if you store the "bento" box in a cool place during the day, AND during the cooler weather (I would not try that in the middle of summer).

If you're *really* concerned, get one of the ice/cool packs and put it together with your bento box in your lunch bag. I work in a school, and it's a common sight to see children bringing home cooked bento (ice packs included during hotter months) in the morning and eat them in the afternoon with no problems.
I usually just put mine in the fridge and heat it up with a microwave.
