Location of Costco near Shinjuku

What is the locations of the nearest Costco to Shinjuku Station? What trains can we take to get there? Thank you...

Tamasaki is probably easiest to get to from Shinjuku station; sometimes it's just a single train to Tamasaki station (followed by a fifteen-minute walk or a short bus ride). Fastest time from Shinjuku station is 54 minutes.

Shin-Misato is also doable - fastest time is 67 minutes. It might be a more interesting trip, since there's a big shopping mall and an Ikea near the Costco.
