exchange in a different uniqlo store?

Hello,

I bought a pair of pants at a Uniqlo store in Nagoya last week but I'd like to change it for a size bigger. Now I am in Osaka, can I do it in a different store within a 30-day period?

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

It depends on the store decision. If the store has pants stock which you want to return, they will probably accept it.
If you have paid by a credit card, the pant must be returned to the store you bought it due to transaction reasons.

Does Uniqlo have an official policy on this? Usually chain stores like Zara allow it. It can be hard to communicate in English if they explain something to me..

I paid by cash BTW.

exchange and refund is not so common in Japan. it is a manner that you check the size at fitting rooms in each store before buying. ( I think it is your mistake that you bought wrong size items.) exchange or refund is their kindness for recovering your mistakes, definitely not your right.

You can return the close at any Uniqlo store in Japan. In addition , you can get the bigger one instead at any Uniqlo store where they have stock.
