Question, is there a place that serves whale in Sapporo or Susukino?

Thanks

First things first, Susukino is a district within Sapporo. Most taverns are located in this central district called Susukino.

Secondly, of course there are many places that serve whale meat. From a very quick Google search, here is a list of restaurants with reviews including the word "whale meat" in Japanese language.

I'm afraid I don't have any recommendations since I'm from Greater Tokyo, but I suppose you can ask at your hotel or tourist information counters. But you probably know from your experience in Tokyo that whale meat, especially good ones, are not available all year round, so I wish you luck.

By the way, you just missed the "Kujira Matsuri" in Ebisu, Tokyo in which 28 restaurants served special whale meat dishes during the first half of October. They're making this an annual event.
