ABC Wifi Dropped Charges 2015/12/9 10:57
Hi,

We were in Japan for 8 days last November. When we landed at Narita T2 we rented a wifi device for 8 days at ABC Wifi office and the device will be retured at kansai airport before departing Japan.

The man at ABC Narita asked for my credit card then at Kansai the women again asked for my card.

Now back home, I still haven't seen the charge on my card. I contacted my card bank and told me that ABC Wifi dropped the charges. I'm not sure why.

I also contacted ABC wifi but I dont understand their english (sorry but very confusing) they said rental wifi charge at kansai that's it

Is this common? they dont really charge upon return of the device? Kinda weird to me

Please enlighten. thanks

how much did you pay ?
1290 X 8 = 10320 yen.
that amount you need to pay.
if you joined the insurance, pay 1680 yen additionally.

Did you pay for your wifi device before leaving for Japan?

If so, they only wanted your credit card information in case you lost or damaged the device.
