100 yen shops near citadines hotel?

Will be staying at citadines hotel.. need to shop at cheap supermarkets or drugstores or 100yen shops for omiyage. Where are the nearest branches near our hotel? Thanks

Will be staying at Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo. The #3 hotel out of 81 shinjuku hotels in tripadvisor. Not the one in kabukicho area.
