hello very merry christmas is all I would ask if there is no problem that uses my card Visa credit or mastercard in Japan because I have fear for use abroad are blocked and there are no problems because my bank accounts my cash is in my local currency there will be no problem to buy something valuable in Japan as a smartphone or a laptop I hope your prompt response

Visas and Mastercards normally work in Japan. Whether your particular card will work abroad, and whether it has usage limits, is something you must ask your bank.
