searching for cosmetics brands...

I am interested in several brands of Japanese cosmetics, and since I am traveling to Japan, I am hoping to locate them! I was hoping someone could tell me which department stores carry them? I will be in Tokyo (Shibuya area) and Kyoto.

Shiseido is one of the famous cosmetic bland.
In Shibuya,you can buy it at the department store of Seibu.

Concerning the specific brands you've asked about:

Inoui ID - Tokyu Toyoko Department store (Shibuya),1st= ground floor, East building
Komenuka Bijin - As this is not a big-name brand, I'd say try the beauty products floor of Tokyu Hands (Shibuya) and ask...

Is this good in Japan??

All the brands that you've mentioned can be found it major department stores and some brands can even be found in the airports. Bear in mind that buying at the airport is cheaper than department stores as there are no tax returns on skincare/cosmetics, to the best of my knowledege.

I think Inoui ID has already been discontinued since last year or early this year.
