Current cost of living in Fukuyama

Hi everyone living in Fukuyama

I'll be heading down to Fukuyama in 2 months time to live/work/reside for quite awhile.
I'll like to find out if the cost of living in Fukuyama is high or average?
I'm thinking I might be living within close proximity to the Fukuyama station.
If anyone could help me out here...roughly how much would a 2LK cost?
What's the cost of milk, water, eggs, bread ...not necessarily the high end kind. Just what the regular folks have.
It'll definitely help me to make some comparisons.
