Getting into Waseda for MBA?

I'm planning to study in Japan for MBA program, I have considered a number of universities and Waseda University is one of them. But according to other forums, getting into Waseda seems pretty impossible for an average student (GPA:3.0).
And for september course, what is the deadline for most of the universities?
