MBA at Hitotshubachi University?

I want to do my MBA in Tokyo, and among the universities I searched are Waseda, APU and Hitotshubashi. According to some forums, it looks like its impossible to get into Waseda university for average students like myself.
How is Hitotshubashi University for MBA program? How hard is it to get into Hitotsubashi? What is the minimum GPA, GMAT requirement for the university? Do universities in Japan accept IELTS?
