COE Application

I do have an inquiry regarding the COE application. I'm a foreign national and I have found two employers who had offered me a position as an ALT. One was in Ibaraki and the other was in Fukuoka. According to them they would have to apply first for my COE before they can offer me a contract from the BOE. Since I don't have a contract yet I haven't decided which company is it that I'd go for. What I would like to know is if it is okay to have two companies apply for my COE since those companies are in two different prefectures.
