Utilities bill late payment

Out of Japan for a month now. Want to know will there be any disconnection/stoppage of utility services (electricity/water/gas), if bills for current month is missed. All previous bills promptly paid on time.

I think it'll be OK if it's just a month, you would have to pay a small amount of arrears, though.
