Changing term of Kyogi Rikon 2016/2/18 04:47
I agreed to a kyogi rikon, spouse has full custody, agreeing to pay support until age 21. Both son and ex-spouse now live in US, he is approaching 18 and will be joining US military. I intend to stop support payments at 18th birthday as he will be employed and no longer in the household, is there any recourse against this?

if the son has a job, you don't need to pay money for child care.
一般的には20歳までとすることが多いです。ただ20歳より前に子供が就職する等して自活すれば養育費を支払う必要はなくなります。
