Ticket Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra

Very keen to attend a concert performed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra at the Suntory Hall in early April but will be flying into Tokyo only the day before the concert.

On their seating plan I can see there are only very few tickets left but I am unable to book on their Japanese online ticket order site.
Is there any other way I can secure a ticket while still overseas?
Very much would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

Will send them an email, although I am sceptical about its usefulness. My last hope is the ticket guide service available on the 18th March, maybe there is someone who speaks English.
