Kansai recipe book available? 2016/3/7 11:17
I tried to ask at some of the bookstores near my area about whether or not recipe books that are Kansai based are sold, but it seemed like the clerks didn't know and couldn't find any. I am wondering if such recipe books exist. The recipe book I have is Kanto flavor. I am aware that Kansai is more stronger in taste than Kanto, so just adding more seasoning is possible, but I still would like a recipe book to give me an indication of how much more flavor is needed and of what particular seasoning.

I actually thought that the flavour is milder/more delicate in Kansai... or at least Kyoto cuisine

Oh yes, I remember being told that too, so I guess Kyoto must be an exception. So are there regional recipe books? My husband says he prefers Kansai taste over Kanto (and over Kyoto too for that matter).

I should also add, to be specific, that I am looking for recipes from Osaka.
