Ultrasound? Where? How?

I'll be visiting Hyogo/Osaka 23rd of March until 11th of April. I am not Japanese but my husband is but because he's been living the past 8 years outside of Japan he is not registered for health care benefits.
I am thinking if I am able to do ultrasound/blood test while I am in Japan and how much would that cost roughly? I would be around 9-11 weeks pregnant at that time.
Would I need to go to private practice/hospital?
I also heard they don't do traditional ultrasound way, is this true?
