I made an official Japanese will years back and it was a nightmare of formality and cost, plus the smallest additional change required that I start from scratch and another 150k to the lawyers thank you very much!!
It's so far out of date now, so was a total waste of money.
So....is there not a simple (and cheap!) way I can ensure that should I drop down tomorrow I can have arranged beforehand to leave some cash to my (Japanese) friend's daughters, for their future?
