Koriyama Judo

Hello, I'm looking for a place to learn judo in Koriyama, Fukushima. I've never done it (or any martial art) before, so I would need a place for beginners. My Japanese is limited, but I can speak and understand a little bit. I appreciate any help. :)

お忙しい所 すみません。まだこの街に来て日が浅いのですが、
柔道未経験者の外国人でも練習に参加出来る柔道教室は有りませんか？
ネットの情報では、北警察署に教室が有る様なのですが、
データが最新のものか確認出来なかったので、お力を貸して頂けないでしょうか？
日本語はまだ殆ど喋れませんが、見学だけでもしてみたいのです。

Maybe you wondered "why recommend Police(警察 keisatsu)?".
That's simple answer ALL Japanese Police man/woman trained at Police Academy if no experienced.
So they know well than neighbors and city hall staff.
