How can I say this in Japanese?
"Someone's songs give me positive energy to reach for my dreams and keep going."
Thank you for your attention!

- Dare ka no uta wo kiku to, purasu no enerugii ga waite kite, yume ni mukatte susumou to iu kimochi ni naru. (When I listen to someone's song, positive energy wells up in me, and I get the drive to proceed toward my dreams.)
Are you going to specify who that "someone" is? Then you can simply replace "dare ka (someone - unspecified)" with the name of the singer/artist.

- Dare ka no uta wo kiku to, purasu no enerugii ga waite kite, yume ni mukatte susumou to iu kimochi ni naru. 誰かの歌を聴くと、プラスのエネルギーが湧いてきて、夢に向かって進もうという気持ちになる。

I might phrase it a little simpler:
(誰かの)音楽を聴いて、元気が出て、夢を追求したくなる。
