Japanese language schools in Japan 2016/3/28 02:12
Hi,
I know there are a lot of language schools in Japan but don't know what they are worth and what it would cost to enter one for a month or so. Of course it depends on school I know but just trying to figure what it would cost and if it would be worth it.

I have been studying at university for 1 term but been to Japan some times. Felt studying abroad would make practicing more possible than home.

I cannot do exchange studies for a term because of work and family.

This site lists the accredited language schools in Japan, by location (or you can search with other conditions):

http://www.nisshinkyo.org/english/index.html

Those are schools that provide full-time courses, where students would study for 1.5 - 2 years to full-time to get their language skills to a level sufficient to study in Japanese universities/colleges.

You might want to select a few to ask what short-term course they might have available. Apparently if you can come only for a month, they might want to place you in a short-term course only, or after doing a placement test might let you join a part of a term.

If you select individual schools and go to their respective website, you can see tuition and other information.
