Takkyubin From and To rented apartment

I would like to use Takkyubin service but some things aren't clear for me...
I need to send my luggage from rented flat to another ( both of them in Kyoto ) and receive next day. I don't want to wait for delivery service in the apartment and I will be without phone ( only internet connection).
Is it possible to bring the luggage by myself to pick up station? How can I find the map of these stations in order find something near the flat?
Is there another option?

No, but it is possible to receive it at a takkyubin ervice center. If you can't read Japanese, give an address or a station and we can look up nearby centers.
