good day everyone! I just want to ask if the japanese extension cord can be use outside of japan? Japan uses 100 volt and I have no idea if their extension cord can be use to a country with 220v.

You're pumping twice as much electricity through a cord which is probably rated for 100v max. If you plug it in the wall, you're going to melt the insulation and create a fire. It's not rated for that voltage, period.
