Cheap souvenirs in Kyoto and Osaka? 2016/5/7 04:20
I'm going to Kyoto and Osaka in 3 weeks time. I know about Daiso and 100yen shops but then we also have those stores in our country, so I'm hoping to find something more different. Are there other places where I can buy considerably cheap souvenirs? Maybe like a marketplace?

And what is the price range for most souvenirs such as stationery, or chopsticks, or japanese fans, just to get an idea of how much to budget for souvenirs? Also, any places to buy green tea?

Thank you very much.

Perhaps, I think daiso of Kyoto are selling different things.
This is it's the top 10 of the Kyoto Aeon Mall store.

Perhaps, even in the middle of Ninen-zaka and Sannen-zaka to go to Kiyomizu-dera Temple there is a variety of shops.
In the past, oil blotting paper(aburatori gami) of Yo-jiya was also a souvenir.
