Can i get a bank/phone in temp accommodation?

I've just got to Japan and start my new job on Monday. The company has paid for a furnished serviced apartment for me to live in for a month while i look for somewhere permanent to stay in that time.
Will I be able to get a bank account / mobile phone contract if I'm only going to be at this address for a month?

As long as it's your registered address, no problem.
Just change address with your bank / cell phone provider when you find your new apartment.
