Hideyo Noguchi Memorial Hal bus timetable?

Hi! I have question about access to Hideyo Noguchi Memorial Hal in Inawashiro. This website says there are hourly bus from JR Inawashiro station, but when I try to look for the timetable, I only found below: http://www.totobus.co.jp/bandai/images/J5_InawashiroNagahama.pdfSo from my understanding, there are only 5 buses per day from the station, and just 3 if weekends??? I imagined there should be more??? I really find the place interesting, but this infrequent timetable affects our schedule greatly... Any info from anyone who have been there would be most appreciated. Thanks!
