COE with misspelled name in marriage contract

i got married last jan 2012 now i got our marriage contract on the first page my surname is correct on the 2nd page my surname had one letter error would that affect when i apply for COE in japan for my husband?

I had the same issue with my passport, my name had an extra alphabet. Passport office of my country put a hand written note with a seal and my COE was ok
Surprisingly when I went to US visa with same passport they made the same alphabet mistake on my name on visa
Japanese authorities were diligent in checking the note
I suggest you get it corrected even manually should be ok
