Are there any university besides temple university offering English taught undergraduate computer science programs in Japan? (or anything undergraduate degree at the tech field but with different name)

Don't know much about it, but maybe this one at Waseda too

I think neither are directly computer science, but you can certainly study some computer science in either.

Temple's program isn't a full degree as I understand it -- you have to go back to the US to complete the final 2 years.
