Running Events Across Japan 2017

Hey everyone,
Going back to Japan next year from mid-March thru mid-April or even the end of April. Since I'm an avid runner and never considered joining any public running events whenever I went to Japan, I wanted to ask what kind of runs I can participate in (aside from marathons, I'm more into half-marathons and less) that happen to take place during said timeframe next year. Or is there some sort of public 'calendar' compiling dates of all the events? Thank you so much in advance!
