Login to JP Internet banking from overseas?

Hi,
I get paid into my jp bank account but am travelling India and want to transfer my pay from my jp account to my international card. I don't have Internet banking with JP bank yet, but if I apply for it will I be able to login from overseas and transfer money?

Which bank are you with?
I have SMBC and can use their website smbcdirect to login from anywhere
You need to apply for Internet banking and they will give you password card
|

JP means Japan Post bank ?
