Hello. I need your urgent support.
I am trying to connect my brand new sharp TV with a wifi TV box through HDMI - how the Sharp TV gives me a message 'unable to recognize incoming signal' I heard I need to change my TV Box display setting. Currently it's 1080ili.
Which display setting should I change to in my tv Box for the tv to recognize the signal ? The options in my tv Box display settings are pal, NTSC, 720pla, 720pli, 1080pla, 1080pli, 1080ila, 1080ili

please provide model no. for TV and wifi TV box.
then we can advise you from there..
maybe you did not select the correct input.
to start of with, how many hdmi port does your sharp TV have ?
did you check that you have the correct hdmi input selected?
check your input by scrolling 入力切換 remote button.
It is to select input.
check you TV display setting also, if it capable of supporting 1080i.
so what is your TV model no.?
