Best tattoo parlors/shops for Irezumi

Hello you helpful people out there,

I am searching for a tattoo parlor which does Irezumi.
I know the process is long, but I got time to spent in any major city in Japan. I also know that it is stigmatised.
Still, I searched and found no recent posts or info on this topic.
I would like a sleeve tattoo or maybe something on my forearm.

1.How much would that cost?
2.How long would it need? (I can stay up to two weeks in any city.)
3.Are there any parlors that do that or is it only a few people which are only catactable via mouth to mouth?

If you want it done by machine, just contact any shop.

If you want it done by tebori, you need to generally book at least 4 months in advance. There, word of mouth MAY help, but again, you'd have to seek out one yourself.

Machine should be 2/3 sessions, spread out over a month to 6 weeks.

Tebori would probably be 4 sessions max, over a span of 2 months (full sleeve).

Gotta do the legwork yourself, in any case.
