You mean Taketoyo-cho in Aichi prefecture? If so, they has GEO Taketoyo Store, selling new & second-hand DVD, Blu-ray, CD, Game, etc.: http://geo-online.co.jp/store/02019/They may be not the CD store which you imagine like Tower Records or HMV, but they sell some CDs to some extent.
