Alt interac interview no response?

I had my interview for Interac dispatch ALT company around a month ago and I have not heard anything back. The situation it quite worrying me now as it seems to be close to the cut off point where they are recruiting and accepting offers as I have just finished my temporary contract with my current school in the UK, it has kind of left me in limbo. I have rang them countless times and emailed them to no avail as when I ring them they don't seem to know themselves. I guess my question is there anyone out there experiencing the same problem as me? I have backup plan in applying for eikaiwa jobs, but I've read so many bad reviews into these jobs and it doesn't strike me as teaching in a school which Is what I want! Any help would be appreciated thanks.
