How quickly does Duffy Stuffed Badge for Halloween sell out? When I was at Tokyo DisneySea last year October 20th, 2015 there were NO Halloween Duffy badges left.
I have been trying to collect them every time I visit but find them sold out. I know they go on sale in September. Any idea how long they usually last before they are gone?

Disney Halloween Festival begins on September 9 and ends on October 31.
I'm sure all goods are still available in September, not sure about late October due to the demand. There are heaps Disney fans like you want to buy and collect Disney Halloween goods.
