Recommendation for travel insurance company

I will be traveling to japan on Aug 14th and will be there for ten days. I need a travel insurance company that will cover for one residence of USA and one residence of Vietnam.
If you have used a travel insurance company before, please let me know the name of the company and a review of the company so i can decide what company I would go with.
I have been looking at World Nomads but I've been reading review and people say its not a good travel insurance company to go with.

For what it's worth..... we have used travel insurance for trips to Japan through American Express and through Allianz.
