Where can I be making a loan for my studies?

Hello,

Next year, I'm attending to enter a senmon gakko and I wanted to make a loan for helping me paying the fees.
Is there anyone who know where I can do something like that? And what can of papers does ot need?
I already see with my Japanese's bank and they don't do that can of thing (maybe 'cause it was a branch office)
Now, I'm a Japanese Student and I have a part-time job. But as I have no one to rely on, I prefer thinking beforehand entering my new school.
And I wanted to know if someone know the permit from the immigration for the special authorisation of staying?
