Problem with Japan Post 2016/9/13 23:53
I ordered something off of Amazon on August 27 and it is coming from Japan post but the problem is that the email Amazon sent me to confirm my order is that

your package is being shipped by Japan Post and the tracking number is m.

Now I was very confused when I saw this but I still tried this on their website to see if it would track and of course it didn't. I waited to see if I would get a reply email with my correct tracking number but it has been 17 days and I still haven't gotten an updated email.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think I'd start with Amazon not JP- contact them and find out where your parcel is?

If the parcel is delayed, contact Amazon. If tracking of your parcel is available , the Amazon site typically has more accurate information about your order than the post offices or courier services.

Have you tried tracing the parcel on http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/ems/index_en.html
using the tracking number?
