Can I buy an iPhone 7 online and have it delivered in the hotel a friend is staying in Tokyo? Also, I understood that he won't be charged on taxes as he's a foreing.
That's all becaus I want a Jet Black iPhone 7 and they're not available now and most likely won't be for a while...

You can reserve them online at the apple website, but note that the jet black models are backordered in Japan for 1-2 months depending on the model.
