I'm considering a semi retirement in Japan and am wondering if there is demand for filing US returns by expats? Do most Americans send their docs to a stateside CPA for prep? Are there CPA/EA offices in Tokyo or bigger cities? Is demand for tax pro hires similar to the US? I'm eligible for spouse visa by the way.
