Zao Fox Village and Yamadera

So, i'm trying to define my itinerary, and i wanted to ask you some questions ! :)

I want to know if it's possible to make in the same day, Zao village and yamadera.

As for the travel I already search that i can be at the fox village at 9AM.
My real question actually should be, how much time should i leave for the village?

If I leave for yamadera at 13, I can be at yamadera around 15PM... which i think it's enough time to climb the stairs and grab a meal in the city before going back to sendai.

I'm not sure first if Zao village is something that's gonna take 3/4 hours... maybe 2 hours...

Zao Fox Village placed about 20 min far by car (taxi/no regular bus)
fr/to Tohoku Shinkansen station "Shiroishi-Zao".

But Tohoku main line(not high speed track) "Shiroishi" stn is different location
but a bit closer fr/to Fox Village.

Both are not large station paltform numbers not so many very simple.

Exactly by Shinkansen fastest and comfortable also lunch break possible
but depends on special discount PASS(as Shinkansen train valid) using or not.

Time at the fox village - between 30 and 60 minutes. It is pretty small and depending on how you like caged animals you might find it cute or unpleasant.
