Hi, I got Architecture Internship in Tokyo for two months what kind of VISA i need to take for this? I.e, Working VISA or Tourist VISA?

Internship means no remuneration, so the work visa is out. If you're in a country that doesn't require a tourist visa for 90 days, then that's your best bet.
