Can anyome confirm that it is possible to buy an UNLOCKED iPhone (SE), in a shop like BicCamera or Yodobashi?
I would like to be sure that I would be able to use it back in Europe with my local provider.

Most major electronics stores do not sell unlocked iphones. Only the apple store and some specialty shops such as iosys and sofmap. If you want to buy new then the apple store is probably the best option as prices don't really vary between retailers.
