Circle lens & beauty shop in Kobe?

Hello~ planning to go to Japan on 28 this month. I'm wondering if anyone knows place(s) to buy circle lens and Japanese drugstore and high-end beauty in Kobe, Hakone, Okayama, and Hiroshima?

Kobe: I believe there is a Matsumotokiyoshi drugstore right in front of JR Sannomiya station. Sogo Department Store is also right near Sannomiya station (for high-end cosmetics).
Hiroshima: The ASSE shopping building connected to JR HIroshima station has some cosmetic stores. Sogo Department Store is located rather closer to the Atomic Bomb Dome, also Mitsukoshi Department Store is located between Hiroshima Station and the Dome.
Hakone is not really a major cosmetic shopping place, and I am completely unfamiliar with Okayama.
